HOW TO BE HAPPY AS A VEGAN BY PAREEN SACHDEVA
It’s difficult to live as a vegan in a non-vegan world. At times, socialization becomes difficult, climate anxiety, animal cruelty, makes this lifestyle even a harder task. We must remember to be kind to ourselves and find a way to overcome all the day-to-day struggles. Veganism can be easy if our heart is in the right place and we have motivation to make a change. Make non-vegans wonder whether your lifestyle has something to do with your happiness: learn how to be happy as a vegan.

PLANT-BASED TREATY
Plant-Based treaty is a grassroots campaign designed to put food systems at the forefront of combating the climate crisis. Modeled on the popular Fossil Fuel Treaty, the Plant-Based Treaty aims to halt the widespread degradation of critical ecosystems caused by animal agriculture and to promote a shift to healthier, sustainable plant-based diets. We are urging scientists, individuals, groups, businesses, and cities to endorse this call to action and put pressure on national governments to negotiate an international Plant-Based Treaty.
