The Philosopher Chef, Venerable Jeong Kwan, demostrates how to make Korean temple food and her most famous delicious quick dishes. “Everything is considered a part of the practice from growing vegetables to preparing the food, and monks and nuns are directly involved in the whole process” she says of Temple food. Temple food is both delicious and extremely healthy.
